Why you need it?

Royal jelly is a creamy white substance created in the hive by worker bees to nourish the Queen Bee. The Queen Bee on average has an extended life of up to six times longer than worker bees, and this is highly related to her diet of royal jelly.

Royal jelly is rich source of protein, vitamins B1, B2, B6, C, E, niacin, pantothenic acid, biotin, inositol and folic acid. It contains a powerful antibacterial protein called royalisin. Royalisin contains antibiotic properties against gram-positive bacteria, however not gram-negative bacteria.

Royal jelly has been proven to reduce cholesterol levels and stimulate the immune system. It is also an anti-inflammatory, and has wound healing properties.

Deficiency Symptoms:

As royal jelly is not an essential nutrient, deficiencies do not occur.

GRAS - Generally recognized as safe. No adverse reactions, side effects or overdose symptoms expected when taken within the recommended amounts.

Royal Jelly is not suitable for people who are allergic to bees and/or honey. It is also not recommended for those who suffer from asthma.
