Sona Lysinel - Strong 5 day course is designed to help accelerate recovery from cold sores and reduce recurrences by suppressing the virus that causes the sores. Sona Lysinel is a tablet containing 500mg of active L-Lysine. L-Lysine has been shown in studies to have a beneficial effect in accelerating recovery from herpes simplex infections, reducing the severity of the sores and suppressing their recurrence.
L-Lysine cannot be manufactured in the body. It is therefore vital that adequate amounts be included in the diet. Sona Lysinel is most effective when used as early as possible during a cold sore outbreak.

How to use
At the first sign of a cold sore take 2 tablets 3 times daily, with meals or as directed by your health professional.
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Pregnant and lactating women should consult with their doctors before taking this or any other supplement. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
