Sona Lecithin capsules are a very efficient natural emulsifier of fats which helps the metabolism to convert food fats into energy instead of building up in the body.
Sona Lecithin capsules contain only pure (98%) Lecithin obtained from soya beans. It is extremely rich in Phosphatidyl Choline and Inositol, two of the most important nutrients in the control of dietary fats. In Sona lecithin, all soya oil has been removed and no 'fillers' have been added leaving only the purest concentration of lecithin. Sona Lecithin is also rich in phosphorus and vitamin E.

How to use
Adults: Take 2-4 capsules daily or as directed by your health professional.
