Omega 3-6-9 fatty acids are essential for the maintenance of health and well being.

Research has shown that Omega-3 fatty acids have a preventive effect on cardiovascular disease and can protect against stroke and heart disease. Omega-3 oils: eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA), docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), keep blood triglycerides in check. EPA and DHA also keep blood from clotting too quickly. Omega-3 fatty acids are reported to have a significant reduction in the extent of atherosclerosis (a chronic inflammatory disease). The oils transform dangerous atherosclerotic plaques into harmless scars.

Omega-6 fatty acids are important for structural and functional roles in the brain. Omega 6 fatty acids produce an inflammatory response that may be necessary for healthy immune system function.

Omega 9 oils help to maintain a healthy immune system functioning.

How to use

Adults: Take 1-3 capsules daily with main meal of the day.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Pregnant and lactating women should consult with their doctors before taking this or any other supplement. Store in a cool dry place. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
